File 7: Warrior Entities (Attila's Lineage) — "The Eternal Battlefield"

Social Architecture

Warrior entity society is organized around combat lineage and demonstrated prowess rather than geographic territory or institutional affiliation. Entities within Attila's lineage exist in a permanent competitive hierarchy in which status is subject to challenge and must be maintained through ongoing demonstration of martial capability.

The primary factional division is between Traditional Combat entities, who adhere to the values of individual combat as the supreme form of warfare, and Modern Warfare entities, who have adapted to the reality that significant conflict in the contemporary world is impersonal, technological, and conducted at distances that preclude individual warrior display. These factions have been in active conflict since the industrial period.

Attila's direct involvement is focused on personal testing and selection of exceptional human warriors. He does not govern the wider network so much as he periodically reorganizes it by the results of his evaluations.

Historical Trajectory

453-1000 AD (Nomadic Foundations): Warrior spirits attached to nomadic groups across Central Asia, spreading through conquest and deliberate inspiration of conflict to ensure continued combat opportunities.

1000-1700 AD (Medieval Evolution): Attachment to specific warrior cultures and military orders. The Mongol conquests provided unprecedented energy harvesting opportunities and spread the network globally through the scale of the conflicts involved.

1700-1950 (Industrial Warfare Adaptation): The transition from personal combat to industrial-scale mass conflict created an existential challenge for entities whose power derived from individual warrior excellence. The World Wars provided unprecedented scale but problematic quality, as modern soldiers often killed at distances that removed personal warrior investment from the act.

1950-Present (Modern Specialization): Concentration in regions with endemic localized conflict where individual combat remains operationally relevant. Systematic recruitment of mercenaries and private military contractors as preferred vessels.

Current OVM Assessment

Primary Concern: Drone warfare and remote weapons systems are accelerating the obsolescence of the individual combat framework on which warrior entity power depends. The network's response may include active efforts to maintain or create conflict environments where personal combat remains relevant.

OVM Relationship: Mutual recognition without engagement. Attila considers the OVM organizationally uninteresting. No hostile relationship, no cooperative relationship.

Threat Level: Low-Moderate. Warrior entities create localized conflict rather than Veil exposure events. Their activities are generally contained within existing human conflict zones and attributable to human participants.
